• —Plain, unmarked outer packaging with no logos or imagery.
• —The sender name on the label is neutral — never the product or collection name.
• —Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor, not a lingerie brand.
• —Items are wrapped in tissue inside a sealed inner pouch.
• —No invoice with prices is included in the box; your receipt is emailed.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on public holidays, go out the next business day.

You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.

• —Standard delivery — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• —Express delivery — 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
• —International — 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs.

Estimates start from dispatch, not from the time you order, and can run longer during holiday periods.

Every dispatched order gets a tracking link by email. Open that link to see the carrier's live status — it's the same information we see.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than three business days, or you never received the dispatch email, contact us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.
